Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase — but if you're not completely satisfied, you have **21 days** from the date of delivery to return your item.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Please note:** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

If You Purchased Our €1 Return Service

If you purchased our optional **€1 return service** during checkout, you are eligible to receive a return label from us.

To request your return label, please email us at  
📧 **cococrushsportswear@gmail.com**  
Include:
- Your **order number**
- Which item(s) you want to return

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.


How to Start a Return (Without Return Service)

If you did not purchase the €1 return service, you are still welcome to return your items using your own shipping method.

To begin your return process, email us at

We’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items (such as underwear)
