            SHIPPING FEES

            The delivery of goods can be made through DHL, for the Netherlands and abroad. Shipping costs are calculated in the final phase of the order based on the country of destination of the goods.

             

            For the Netherlands

            Shipping costs are €5,75.

             For Europe

             Shipping costs may vary from € 9,00 to 10,00. Any additional costs for customs operations will be charged to the customer.

             For the Countries of America, Asia, Africa and Oceania

             Shipping costs may vary from € 16,00 to 20,00. Any additional costs for customs operations will be charged to the customer.

            Here at Skate Krasota, we aim to deliver our products as efficiently as possible to get your order out promptly. 

            • The purchase on skate-krasota.com is confirmed by sending an email. The email will contain the reference identification number to be used in case of requests to the customer service and all the details of the items purchased (number of pieces, size and colour).
            • Delivery is generally made within 3/5 working days from the date of sending the shipment confirmation email.
            • No responsibility can be attributed to Skate Krasota in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
            • Skate Krasota is not responsible for damage or theft caused during the transport of the goods. In the remote possibility that an impair package arrives, that is damaged or with evident signs of tampering, it is necessary to point it out to the courier who delivers the package and sign the transport document adding the word “with reserve”. This will allow you to protect yourself in case of any type of anomaly found after the opening of the package (damaged or missing products). In this case it will be necessary to report the incident by e-mail to the local courier office and, for information, to us.
            • If a product other than the one ordered in our online shop is sent to the user, Skate Krasota will replace the product incorrectly sent with the correct one. The customer must contact us promptly by e-mail or by telephone, telling us what happened.
            • In the event that the requested product is no longer available, we will proceed to credit the amount paid or send a product of equal value to the one ordered.
